I had an issue with a 100 amp junction box that showed signs of it shorting out inside its box. I called Henry at Stingray Electric who came out to inspect the damage as I was concerned about a probable fire starting. He came very quickly, looked at and explained the problem and the solution to me and then secured the circuit by disabling the line at the main breaker panel.

He was back with the parts required promptly, made the repair, checked the line at both ends and did a great professional job that I won't ever have to revisit. Thanks again Henry!

Working with Henry at Stingray was a great experience. He's a very nice guy and never stops smiling! We had him upgrade our service from the road to our house, install a new 200 amp panel and an electric car charging station. I had and concern about an outdoor light that was acting up. I called Stingray (Henry) and he came up the same day after his appointments, looked at the light, gave me a recommendation and solution. He was up the next day to fix it and also replace another outside motion censor light. I have used other electrical companies in the Chilliwack area, and I must say that Henry is the best that I have worked with. Very personable, honest, fair and a joy to work with. Henry came to my house and saved the day. We bought a new house with the washer and dryer in the shed. So obviously the pipes froze. He repaired our base board heater outside, as it had no thermostat. I’m so happy with his honesty and professionalism.

Henry was requested to check out why the lights were flickering in my house. He responded immediately, checked things out, and determined this was an emergency situation, as the BC Hydro wires coming into the house had shorted out, and needed immediate attention. He arranged for BC Hydro to temporarily disconnect the service, while he replace the wires from the entry mast to the meter panel.

All was done in an efficient and professional manner, and at reasonable cost. I can highly recommend his services and certainly would use him again if the need arises.

We had an emergency recently, and Henry was quick to jump in and help out. We smelled something burning in the garage. All the fans we were running to dry up flooding damage in the basement were somehow overloading the main 100 amp service. He replaced the disconnect panel and fuses. He communicated well throughout the day by phone and text message with picture updates, so that there were no surprises. I feel we are safe and good to go again.

At the same time, he also connected up and tested our new generator to the panel for us, so that in the next power outage, at least our basic comforts will work.
